We have several main service routes which can be provided a la carte, in a customized, multi-layered approach, or by retainer.
Inclusivity Statements We can assist your organization or business in developing a well-crafted social justice and inclusivity statement as well as ensuring that the social justice resources you offer to your members or customers are trusted sources with accurate information. You can submit your statement and resource page drafts to us and we will provide editing and other feedback. With our assistance, you can be confident that your words will have the right impact!
13/30 Chats We offer this bimonthly virtual event as a re-energizing, mutual support space for change agents, people who are seeking change in their neighborhoods, organizations, communities, or selves. Please see the 13/30 page for more information and contact us for the link to attend!
Webinars Do you have a group that is interested in learning more about social justice topics? Or do you want to learn more on your own time? We will custom-design a single webinar or a series of webinars for your group so that you can ensure all group members are receiving the same education or training. We also offer regular webinars on a variety of topics. Follow our Facebook page for announcements on upcoming webinars!
Education and Training In this service, we offer information about common subjects related to cultural sensitivity, including accessibility, privilege, discrimination, empowerment, cultural appropriation, inclusivity, business ethics, environmental impact, and labor practices. After our intake manager assesses your areas of greatest concern, our consultants will present information for you to digest, customized to your industry and interests, whether you are a manufacturer, retailer, educator, volunteer, or consumer. After you have had a chance to review the material, you will have the opportunity to schedule a meeting with one of our consultants to discuss the material and ask follow-up questions.
Organizational Audit After working with our intake staff to determine the scope of the assessment, one of our consultants will audit your practices and/or materials to identify strengths and areas for improvement with regard to cultural competency. This might involve reviewing websites, presentations, products and packaging, any visual materials, or outreach practices. After the assessment is completed, you will receive a report that can serve as a first step towards change.
Change Support Through this service our consultants will help you utilize what you're doing well to help you take real steps toward change in areas identified as needing improvement. This might involve setting timetables and setting measurable goals, editing content, educating staff, developing programs, and more.
We also provide a "rush" option for clients in need of immediate attention for specific time-sensitive projects or problems.
